Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders once confirmed and paid for are generally non-cancellable, as jewellery items may be custom-made or specially procured.

    1. Cancellations may be considered only before production or procurement has started, at the sole discretion of Samrudhi Enterprises.

  2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

  3. Refunds for international transactions may be subject to foreign exchange conversion differences and gateway charges, which will be borne by the customer.

  4. Samrudhi Enterprises will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or logistics providers.

  5. In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Resolution will be provided after verification.

  6. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or destination country regulations.
